Maintenance Planner - Flexible failure severity
Technicians can choose the severity of a failure point on an asset when testing in Simpro Mobile.
Go to System Setup > Customer Assets > Asset Builder, when editing the failure points on the service level, under Severity, select Technician Chooses, to allow a technician to select the severity level when testing an asset.
Note that Simpro Mobile version 13.6 and Simpro Premium version 25.2.4 is required.
